2. PATIENTS AND METHOD
2.1. Patients
- Veterans, former youth volunteers, officials and people exposed to dioxin.
- Patients infected with pesticides, radioactive substances...
- The patient is poisoned by contaminated food, polluted environment.
2.2. Method
- Application of detoxification method of Ron Hubbard: It is a scientific method based on metabolic and circulatory mechanisms, combining exercise and high-temperature sauna in order to eliminate toxins in the field. The time when the body synthesizes and absorbs substances that are useful to the body.
- To apply Hubbard method, you need to:
a) Medical license
- In addition to veterans, young volunteers, cadres, and people directly exposed to this method, this method is widely indicated for all subjects who need to improve their health.
- Detoxify for cases of exposure to pesticides, herbicides, radiation exposure, chemical poisoning, occupational toxic diseases, patients using too much modern medicine, depending on modern medicine. like Seduxen Asperine…
- The program can also be applied to drug addiction patients.
b) Contraindicated in the following cases:
- Acute diseases
- Pregnant
- Psychiatric history, epilepsy.
- Heart failure, kidney failure, motor paralysis
- Traumatic brain injury even stable.
Thus, in order to have an indication for detoxification, it is necessary to:
- Conduct internal and surgical examinations:

- From 5:30 a.m. to 6:00 pm: Taking medication.
- From 6:00 am to 7:00 pm: Gentle exercise, jog or exercise on exercise machines.
- From 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 am: Go the sauna at high temperature (90°C to 105°C). When the patient sweats a lot, he goes to the bathroom to wash, dry his body and then continue in the sauna.
- From 8:30 am. to 9:00 am: Taking the remaining medicine and having a snack.
- From 9:00 to 10:00: The patient continues to enter the sauna and during the sauna, the patient needs to shower 10 to 12 times.
- By 10:00: The patient has completed the sauna time, the case supervisor will check the blood pressure, heart rate, weight and record the happenings in the sauna. Then let the patient drink oil instead of fat, drink Can-mag solution. Each patient is given 500ml of Can-mag solution to take home in the afternoon and rest.
- In the schedule is divided into 5 time periods and in each period, steps will be monitored daily with vitamin and mineral dosages, exercise and sauna time are increased by intervals depending on use. intake for each patient.

4. DISCUSSION
- Analysis of the results shows that the L. Ron Hubbard method is an integrated treatment method that mainly improves the body, eliminates toxins from the patient's body.
- Patients with diseases such as chronic colitis, dermatitis is almost completely cured.
- Cardiovascular diseases such as high blood pressure, arrhythmia, all patients with high blood pressure are lowered to the level of 140/80. Infrequent angina has completely disappeared (Patient Hoat in Dien Bien), arrhythmia has completely improved (Patient Ma Cong Quy in Tuyen Quang). Only 2 patients still have high blood pressure level 3 after detoxification, their blood pressure is still high at level 2, so they still have to continue taking oral medications (patient Vinh in Dien Bien, patient Huan in Phu Tho)
- Out of 10 patients with Gout, all patients have less pain, can walk well after detoxification, one year later no longer have pain, no need to use the medicine.
- Inflammatory bowel disease out of 13 patients who were detoxified, all 13 patients got better.
- Regarding benign prostatic hyperplasia (nocturia many times), there were 5 patients, 4 patients were in remission, 01 patient had no change.
- Dermatitis: Veterans were sprayed directly on the body with dioxin, causing Chloracne syndrome (Sebaceous gland inflammation). When entering the detox sauna on the skin, these veterans blistered with red patches and peeled off, after a week of skin pigmentation disorders until the 2nd and 3rd week, they gradually improved, the itching stopped and completely healed. It can be said that dermatitis caused by Chloracne syndrome detoxifies patients will be 100% cured.
- Type 2 diabetes out of 11 patients was tested for blood sugar, urinary tract three times during the detox, when entering the detox, the patient did not take diabetes medication, the first week of treatment had a slight increase in blood sugar, the second week 2 blood sugar gradually decreased, in the 3rd week, many patients had normal blood sugar, the urinary tract was negative, specifically, after 1 year of follow-up, 2 patients had completely recovered (Patient Binh in Lang Son, patient Nghia in Hoa Binh).

- Prevention of complications:

Leaving the patient in the sauna for too long will cause exhaustion or heatstroke.
+ Patients with cardiovascular disease can have atherosclerotic plaques, if those plaques fall off, it can cause unexpected complications and are difficult to handle, so having a sauna is a must to be closely associated with the hospital.
5. CONCLUSIONS AND RECOMMENDATIONS
L. Ron Hubbard's detoxification method is a scientific method mainly based on circulatory and metabolic mechanisms to remove toxins from the body's tissues that cannot be treated by conventional drugs.
This method was applied in the US to the firefighters at the 9/11 Twin Towers explosion. In the former Soviet Union, it was an antidote to the victims of the explosion of the Chernobin nuclear power plant.
