Justice for Vietnamese AO victims

In 2009, the US Supreme Court rejected the lawsuit filed by the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/dioxin (VAVA) against 37 US chemical companies. On May 10, 2021, the Evry Court of Paris dismissed the historic lawsuit of Ms. Tran To Nga against 14 chemical companies, including Monsanto & Dow Chemical for supplying Agent Orange to the US military during the Vietnam War. The fight for justice for Vietnamese victims of Agent Orange/dioxin continues to face difficulties.
