Los Angeles, April 2, 2026 – As part of their working visit to the United States, the delegation of the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA), led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Chinh, held a meeting with The Way to Happiness Foundation and visited an exhibition about the life of Mr. L. Ron Hubbard. This activity was an opportunity to connect compassionate hearts and spread the spirit of sharing and responsibility for humanity.
