    Los Angeles, April 2, 2026 – As part of their working visit to the United States, the delegation of the Vietnam Association for Victims of Agent Orange/Dioxin (VAVA), led by Lieutenant General Nguyen Huu Chinh, held a meeting with The Way to Happiness Foundation and visited an exhibition about the life of Mr. L.
