Patients who come to join the detox sauna are mainly workers and retirees, accounting for a high percentage. Under 25 years old and over 81 years old have the same low rate of 2.71%

At Da Nang Center for, the number of successful cases ending at stage 4 accounts for a high rate (78.72%), the rest is ending at stage 3, stage 5 has a low rate of 4.21%.

- There were 31 cases of short-term sauna therapy, not following the procedure

2. CONCLUSION

- The number of people participating in the sauna detox program at the Center is still small, mainly locals account for 86.43%. Quang Nam and Ho Chi Minh City have similar numbers of 4.70% and 4.15%, the other provinces have smaller numbers.

- About the age group from 25 to 80 is mainly 95.56%; The number of workers and elderly people coming to family socialization is 49.90% and 44.66% respectively.

- The dose of vitamins and minerals... used for participants was at an average level compared with the dose prescribed in the HUBBARD detoxification method (phase 3 is 17.04% and stage 4 accounts for a high rate of 78).,72%), stage 5 is the highest dose level, only 4.21%.

- Although it is not a cure, the results are very positive:

+ 8/8 cases of low blood pressure have returned to normal

+ 50% of chronic colitis cases are stable and cured

+ 45% of cases of joint pain are completely gone

+ 47% of insomnia headaches are relieved and can sleep

+ 50% of cases of atopic dermatitis have been cured

+ 33% of cases of frequent numbness in limbs are now completely over

+ 46% of cases of stage 1 hypertension have returned to normal
