The Vietnam Agent Orange Review Online organizes the Program \"Tet for Vietnamese Victims of Agent Orange\" of the second year, 2020. This Program will mobilize resources from the domestic and Overseas Vietnamese to visit and give gifts to victims of Agent Orange in some provinces in the Mekong Delta, Central Highlands and other localities on the occasion of the Lunar New Year – The Year of the Rat.

The Organizing Committee of the Program will hold the Art Program of Gratitude in honor of donors with golden hearts ... who have supported and helped our Agent Orange victims. The Program will be held at 20:00 on January 15, 2020, in the Au Co Theater, Ba Dinh, Hanoi, and will be broadcast live on VTV, the National Assembly Television Channel and some other local televisions.

The program has deep socio-political meaning with humanity, morality and traditions of Vietnamese people. \"Love other as love yourself\", \"Gratitude is the sign of noble souls\", \"A stitch in time save nine\". Victims of Agent Orange are the poorest among the poor, the most miserable among the miserable.
